As an entry level Olympic Bar, the BLK BOX Utility Bar is the ideal choice for beginners. A popular choice amongst athletes and facilities looking for versatility and value, this bar can be used to execute both weightlifting and powerlifting movements such as squats, bench pressing, deadlifts and jerks.
The BLK BOX Utility Bar – 20kg is made with a 28mm shaft, and IWF standard, with one roller bearing and one bronze bushing per sleeve, offering a good spin. The 180 kPSI offers a good whip, and its hardened chrome finish a high level of corrosion resistance while allowing the athlete to feel medium knurl.
