The Details

The Cable Crossover is the perfect addition to any training facility, combining versatility, durability and smooth performance. It features two 120kg weight stacks with a 2:1 pulley ratio and innovative height-adjustable pulleys, giving athletes endless training options.

Ideal for both single-stack and dual-handle exercises, the Cable Crossover supports movements such as crossovers, flys, rows, pull downs, curls, lateral raises and more. Each cable column includes a 160° swivel handle and can be adjusted quickly across 18 or 23 height settings, depending on your chosen frame height (2.2m or 2.4m).

The Cable Crossover is compatible with 3 Series Attachments and Crossmembers and feature knurled powder coated multi-grip handles, numbered uprights and adjustable cable carriages.

Finished to the highest standard, each machine is welded, painted, assembled and tested at BLK BOX HQ in Belfast, and is available in 12 standard colours.
