Coming soon, the BLK BOX Performance Cable Crossover is the ideal addition to level up any performance facility. Featuring two 120kg weight stacks and an innovative roller-based height adjustable pulley, each cable column is designed and manufactured in Belfast.

The Performance Cable Crossover is an ideal tool not only for cable crossover but for a number of dual handle cable exercises, such as the high and low cable crossovers, cable fly's, lying lateral raise and rear delt fly's. It is also a great tool for single stack exercises such as lat pull downs, pullovers, crunches, lateral raises, rows, extensions, and curls.

The Performance Cable Crossover opens a range of movement options, and its modular design utilises the same 80mm x 80mm box section as our signature Samson Range. This allows the uprights to function as an attachment mount for Samson Rig & Rack Attachments when not being used for cable training. With the option of 2.2m or 2.5m heights, the machine can be configured to the size of your space. The height adjustable pulleys offer 18 or 23 different height options depending if the 2.2m or 2.5m option is chosen.

Utilising an innovative high-strength adjuster design, the pulley is adjusted on a carriage features high-impact polymer construction to ensure smooth and secure adjustment. It's pull-pin design ensures a secure and simple fixing.

Made from start to finish at BLK BOX HQ in Belfast, each BLK BOX Performance Cable Crossover uses two 120kg weight stacks, and a pulley systems with a 2:1 Pulley Ratio. Each cable stack system uses high strength chrome guide rods along with high-tensile galvanised steel cable coated in a durable corrosion resistant polymer. The carabiner end allows any cable machine attachment to be fastened onto the cable column.

The single handle on the cable column features a 160-degree swivel, and can be quickly adjusted across 18 or 23 different holes of 75mm increments using a pull-pin and roller system. The weight is easily adjusted from the outside of the pod using a magnetic selector pin.

Each BLK BOX Samson Performance Pod Lite features a 1.5m long straight pull up bar, along with a pair of multi-grip pull up handles. These multi-grip handles offer three different grips; narrow neutral, wide neutral and wide. These grip variations play a pivotal role in targeting your upper body muscles and help you master the pull-up.

Manufactured using 80x80mm laser cut-mild steel uprights, the Performance Range is BLK BOX's high strength and high performance range, it has been created for those who want a heavy duty, locally manufactured product, of the highest quality. It is highly customisable, and available in our 9 standard colours. Each machine is fabricated using a mix of our robotic welding, and the careful touch of our in-house welding team. It is then put our internal industrial paint line, before being packed and tested by our assembly team.
