Keep your barbells in pristine condition using the 360° Barbell Brush. Available with either nylon or stainless steel bristles, the flexible polymer brush handle wraps around any barbell, making it much more effective and time efficient than using a straight brush. It ensures the shaft is clean and hygienic and the knurling is free from debris ensuring the best possible grip at all times.

These brushes are a must have for any barbell owner and are also ideal for cleaning kettlebells and dumbbell handles. With two different bristle options, there is a brush available to clean all barbells. For barbells with a Cerakote, Powdercoat, Stainless Steel and Zinc finish, use the Nylon Brush to avoid any damage to the barbell. For barbells with a stainless steel and all other finished (chrome, oxide), use the stainless steel brush to avoid damage to the barbell.

Check out our blog post showing how to maintain and extend the life of your barbell using the 360° Barbell Brush.

Please note that steel bristles may scuff coated bars like cerakote.

How do I use the brush to clean my barbell?

Steps for cleaning using the steel brush:

  • Place the 360° Barbell Brush into the palm of your hand.
  • Close your hand to wrap the brush around the barbell.
  • Slide the brush back and forth along the bar until the knurling is free of chalk and debris.
  • If you notice any rust spots, wipe down the bar with your preferred oil-based lubricant and brush into the knurl again.
  • The bristles will soak the oil into the knurling and keep your barbell in its best shape possible.
  • Wipe off any excess oil and chalk with a dry microfibre towel
