PALLET DELIVERY

All deliveries are kerbside, it will be your responsibility to remove the items from the pallet on arrival and dispose of the pallet. You will receive an email from our Logistics team with a date of delivery. If you require an alternative delivery date or if there are any access restrictions to your property, please let us know within 24 hours before delivery by emailing team@blkboxfitness.com. Please be aware failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges.

MANUFACTURED ITEMS

Some of our training equipment is manufactured here in our HQ. The lead times on these products are approximately 35 working days and are identified by having the MADE IN BELFAST badge.

RETURNS

We understand at times due to size, colour or type some items might not be the right fit for you. We are happy to accept a returned item within 30 days from the date of you receiving the item for a refund or exchange.

The Zero-Gap Bench FID Adjustable Bench offers 8 backrest angles from -15° to 90° and 5 seat positions from -15° to 45°, giving you complete versatility for your training. The front seat can be adjusted forwards and backwards to eliminate pad gaps, ensuring maximum comfort and stability. Built for durability, it provides a solid base for a wide range of strength exercises and can be easily moved around your training space.

Cheap Chinese Bench

Want to pay top dollar for a Chinese bench, then this is the one for you. Welds failed on the holding pin within 18 months, blk box won’t help, although my feedback has been passed on (gave me a warm fuzzy feeling inside). Save your pennies and don’t buy from a reseller with a brand name, or even better buy from a company proud of all of there products.

Straightforward to build, and feels

Straightforward to build, and feels very sturdy - no movement at all in use.

The material on the cushions feels like it might be a bit thin - but no issues as yet.

Lots to like and some not so great features

It looks great, it's fairly sturdy although there's movement around the adjustable height bar - nothing to worry about when you're on it. I wanted a bench with straight sides rather than tapered ones and this one has it, but a few things to think about. The main bench part is really long, great if you're tall. I'm not. This isn't a big issue unless gym-space is an issue but I find myself constantly having to shuffle up the bench to reach the end when I'm on it, compared to others I've used. But the main thing for me is the width, it's fairly wide and when I'm doing bench backward rows, it's like I'm straddling a pony...something to think about if you're smaller than average. I probably would not buy again.

Great bench

Really solid bench, easy to put together and store. It has proven a bit wide for me to be completely comfortable doing exercises where my chest is to the bench (e.g. chest supported dumbbell row) but that may not be an issue for others. Still would recommend but next time I would opt for a narrower bench.
