I have had this GHD for a few weeks now so have given it plenty use before my review.
The price was great compared to competitors, delivery was quick and easy and the build quality is outstanding.

It was easy to assemble on my own. All the tools were included however you'll make quicker and easier progress if you have a decent set if spanners/socket set.

I have never properly used a GHD before but as I hit my late 30's and repeatedly seem to have lower back injuries I felt it was time to concentrate more of my training on my core and lower back. So far so good and I only wish I bought one years ago.

It does take up quite a bit of space which should be considered by with the handles and wheels it's easily movable.

Overall I'm delighted with my purchase. It's my first BlkBox product and I wouldn't hesitate buying more kit from them.
