Glute Ham (GHD)
This is the ultimate piece of equipment for training the posterior chain, all serious training facilities will have a GHD. The GHD can also be used as the ultimate sit up variation. The rolling pad allows for a smooth transition between exercises such as back extensions and sit ups, the rolling mechanism allows for more wear and tear, as it is not stationary or fixed. The kneeling pad allows for a correct set up at the beginning and end of each rep. The modest size of the GHD makes it appealing to any gym even when space is of a premium.
