Inside the Build: Lift:LDN, Gymshark Conditioning Club
When Gymshark set out to bring LIFT:LDN to life at Drumsheds, their goal was clear: deliver a true Conditioning Club experience. Partnering with BLK BOX, they created the Conditioning Club, a space designed for precision, durability, and seamless athlete flow.
The Challenge
The Conditioning Club needed to deliver:
- Consistency: a fair, repeatable experience for every athlete, across all waves and sessions.
- Reliability: equipment that withstands repeated impact.
- Throughput: fast transitions to keep the event schedule on track.
The Build
Working closely with Gymshark, BLK BOX converted an empty car park into a high-performance conditioning zone capable of simulating live HYROX conditions. Every element of the setup was designed for precision, durability, and flow.

The Conditioning Club delivered exactly what it was designed for. Each station flowed smoothly into the next, supporting fast transitions across all stations.
Over two days of HYROX simulations, Gymshark’s pro athletes and guests put our equipment to the test. Every station proved consistent, reliable, and ready for race-day conditions.
Beyond the Event
