What is the Utility Gym Flooring Roll made from?

It’s constructed from SBR rubber with EPDM granules, bonded with PUR, offering excellent compression resistance, durability, and grip.

How should I install the Utility Gym Flooring Roll?

Before installation, ensure the subfloor is level, firm, dry, clean, and absorbent. Repair any cracks or irregularities beforehand. If you have underfloor heating, switch it off 24 hours before installation and leave it off for at least 48 hours after.

Allow the flooring rolls to acclimatise in the room for 24 hours prior to installation. Cut to size using a sharp-bladed knife or carpet cutter. Use a 2-K PU adhesive to bond the rolls to the floor securely. Once laid, roll over the surface with a pressure roller and rub down header joints and seams before the adhesive fully cures.

How do I clean and maintain my gym flooring?

Regular maintenance helps extend the life of your flooring:
