The BLK BOX Utility Flat Weights bench is made from high density foam that gives a cushioned support on the shoulder blades, meaning you can transfer maximum amount of force without any discomfort. The fixed design of a flat bench also gives a guaranteed stability and the lack of hinges and moving parts means there is less maintenance required. The flat bench can be easily manoeuvred throughout your facility using the handle on the front and wheels on the back.

The BLK BOX Utility Lite Adjustable Weight Bench is our take on a home gym friendly workout bench. This can be used at an incline, decline or when completely flat and is perfect for a home gym or small training facility. Due to its lightweight design and integrated handle and wheels, this bench can be moved to create space within your facility with ease and is the ideal option for both dumbbell and barbell exercises.
The BLK BOX Utility Lite Adjustable Weight Bench has a max capacity of 240kg and offers reliable support during your workout, whether you are completing dumbbell presses or hip thrusters. Compared to other BLK BOX Weight Benches, this bench is lightweight, weighing 32kg and can be easily manoeuvred using the rubber front handle and back wheels. With 8 backrest positions (-15° - 85°) and 3 seat positions (0° -15°), you can easily and quickly reposition to an angle that suits using the handle at the back.

The BLK BOX Utility Adjustable Weight Bench is an extremely versatile and heavy duty weight bench. This weight bench has 10 adjustable angles (ranging from -10° to 80°) making it an ideal bench for incline, flat, and decline workouts. Simply adjust using the pull pin at the back.
It can also be easily manoeuvred with the handle and wheels. Designed for the most intense of workouts, the 56mm foam padding is firm and will provide comfort, support and stability when using. With a max capacity of 350kg, it is highly popular with home gyms, PT Studios and Commercial facilities. Like most BLK BOX Weight Benches, it will arrive flat pack and can be assembled in minutes using the tools provided.

BLK BOX Zero Gap Adjustable Bench
The BLK BOX Zero-Gap FID Weights Bench is a heavy-duty weight bench designed for those serious about strength training. It features 8 backrest positions ranging from -15° to 90° and 5 seat positions ranging from -15° to 45°.
The front seat of the bench can be adjusted forwards and backwards, fully eliminating any pad gaps giving a more comfortable workout. A pull-pin system is used to easily adjust the backrest, and likewise another pull-pin for the seat the seat. High-density rubber end caps ensure no damage to the floor during use.
The bench offers the widest pad of any BLK BOX Bench at 310mm. There is 45mm of thick padding, offering a secure and comfortable seating or lying position. This durable base is perfect for all movements and positions, whether it's hip thrusters, bent over rows, bench presses or seated dumbbell presses. The lower height and wide base on this bench offer an extremely robust and solid grounding.
The Zero-Gap FID Adjustable Bench features a 75mm x 50mm mild steel frame, and a zinc plated adjustment arm, ensuring no powder coat will chip when adjusting. Label angles are laser cut into the zinc plating, allowing you to clearly see what angle the bench is at.
This bench can be easily moved using the neoprene coated handle at the front, and the heavy-duty wheels at the back. The rear wheels are rated to over 300kg and use a soft plastic rim, perfect for ensuring no marks or damage to your floor. The bench has a max capacity of 450kg making it one of our most heavy-duty benches and is the preferred option for independent gyms, high performance gyms and PT studios.

Goliath Adjustable bench
The BLK BOX Goliath Adjustable Weight Bench is our most heavy-duty weight bench designed and made in Belfast. It features 7 backrest positions ranging from 0° to 90° and 3 seat positions ranging from 0° to 30°, easily adjusted using the handle.
The bench has the thickest pads of all our benches at 58mm and 265mm wide, and is covered in a highly durable vinyl leather which is easily wiped clean. The pads are locally sourced, and offer a secure and comfortable seating or lying position. This durable base is perfect for all movements and positions, whether it's hip thrusters, bent over rows, bench presses or seated dumbbell presses. Its lower height and wide base offer our most robust and solid grounding.
The sturdy 100mm x 50mm box section, and laser-cut moving parts, are all cut, fabricated, welded, powder coated and assembled at BLK BOX HQ. A high number of parts are welded using our robot welder, while some parts require the detailed touch of our in-house welding team.
The Goliath Adjustable Bench features mild steel teeth with a durable zinc plating. There is a chrome bar at the base of the adjuster arms, ensuring the powder coat does not chip. This bench can be easily moved using the handle at the front, and the heavy duty wheels at the back, which are rated to over 300kg. The wheels use a rubber rim, perfect for ensuring no marks or damage to your floor. This is our most heavy duty bench, with a max capacity of 800kg and weighs 55kg and is the ideal option for Sports Performance Facilities, Universities and Colleges. There is a 5 year warranty on the frame and a 1 year warranty for parts and accessories.
