Jonny Pain's Pursuit of Better

For Jonny Pain, strength was once measured in numbers.
How much he could lift. How hard he could push. How far he could take himself.
After 25 years spent building strength, coaching others and competing in combat sports, performance was everything. Progress meant lifting heavier, pushing harder and testing his limits.
But over time, his definition of strength has changed.
Today, it's no longer about what he can achieve inside the gym. It's about what that strength allows him to do beyond it.
Leading his children into the mountains. Exploring the outdoors. Staying physically capable and ready for whatever life brings.
For Jonny, strength is now about more than physical performance. It's about integrity, humility and showing up for the people who matter most.
The gym is still part of the journey. But the numbers are no longer the destination.
It's about building a body that allows him to keep moving, exploring and sharing the experiences he loves for as long as possible.
Because the ultimate goal isn't simply to become better inside the gym. It's to build a better life outside it.
This is Jonny Pain's Pursuit of Better.
