As demand for BLK BOX equipment continues to grow, we are expanding our manufacturing and assembly team at our Belfast headquarters. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment where quality, precision and teamwork are at the centre of everything we do.
The Opportunity
As an Assembly Operative, you will play a key role in assembling and preparing premium gym equipment for customers across the UK, Ireland and international markets. Working within our warehouse and production facility, you will support the assembly, inspection and preparation of products to ensure they meet BLK BOX’s quality standards.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in attention to detail and thrive in a team-driven environment.
Hours of Work:
Dayshift: Monday–Thursday 06:00–16:15
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly & Production
- Assemble products and components accurately and efficiently.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to complete assembly tasks.
- Follow assembly instructions, production schedules and quality procedures.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
Warehouse & Operations
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised workspace.
- Support stock handling and movement of components where required.
- Read checklists, verify quantities and count parts accurately.
- Assist with additional operational duties as required.
Your Profile:
- Previous experience within a warehouse or assembly environment advantageous.
- Competent using hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced production environment.
- Basic computer competency.
- Reliable, motivated and able to work effectively within a team.
