Adaptable, portable and reliable, the BLK BOX Wooden Competition Gymnastics Rings offer athletes a textured grip from the natural surface of the wood, with or without chalk, allowing seamless transitions between movements.
Each set of wooden rings comes with heavy-duty black nylon straps with numbers sewn on for easy identification and accurate adjustments. Each 6ft strap comes with a carabiner and hook system with adjustments of 3-inch increments, allowing for exact lengths. There is no clip on the straps which removes the risk of cuts or scrapes to the arms which can be common during a ring training session. The 32mm diameter ring is the common ring size for CrossFit gyms and each nylon strap is 6ft allowing many different length options to suit each athlete.
The BLK BOX Wooden Competition Gymnastics Rings have been designed to attach to the eyelets of a rig mounted arm, or alternatively can be wrapped around the pull up bar of a rig or rack.
