The Details
The 3 Series Power Rack is built to provide the stability, versatility, and safety required for demanding strength training. Constructed from durable 70x70x3mm steel with four-way numbered uprights and M20 hardware, it delivers reliable performance for both commercial and home gym environments.
Featuring knurled multi-grip pull up handles, a larger footprint for comfortable in rack lifting, and 3 Series Safety Straps as standard, it is designed to support a wide variety of barbell and bodyweight exercises. Compatible with the full range of 3 Series attachments (excluding Cable Columns and Nexus Kits), its modular design allows you to expand your setup as your training evolves.
Ideal for independent gyms, schools, universities, sports clubs, and premium home gyms, the 3 Series Power Rack offers a robust, adaptable, and safe foundation for strength training.
Comparing the range
The larger footprint here is the point: you train inside the rack with safety straps either side, rather than in front of it. One thing to note before ordering — this rack doesn't take Cable Columns or Nexus Kits, so if cable resistance matters, the 3 Series Nexus Full Rack builds it in from the start. For a shallower frame you lift in front of, the 3 Series Full Rack uses the same 70x70x3mm steel and numbered spacing.
For performance facilities, the 5 Series Power Rack steps up to 80x80x3mm on Westside spacing with Safety Arms in place of straps. For home gyms, the 1 Series Free Standing Power Rack is the lighter 60x60x3mm option. Build it out with 3 Series attachments or add rack storage.
