The Details
The 5 Series Power Rack delivers the strength, versatility, and safety needed for serious training environments. Built from robust 80x80x3mm steel with Westside hole spacing, it provides precise barbell positioning and dependable performance under heavy loads.
Featuring knurled multi-grip pull up handles, a larger footprint for training both inside and outside the rack, and 5 Series Safety Arms as standard, it is designed to support a wide range of strength exercises. Compatible with all 5 Series attachments (excluding Cable Columns and Nexus Kits), the modular design allows the rack to evolve as your training needs grow.
Ideal for professional sports clubs, independent gyms, premium home gyms, and strength and conditioning facilities, the 5 Series Power Rack combines durability, safety, and expandability in one premium training station.
Comparing the range
Westside hole spacing gives you tighter increments around the sticking point, which is why this is the choice for platform and competition work. Safety Arms come as standard here, where the 3 Series uses straps. Worth knowing before you order: this rack takes no Cable Columns or Nexus Kits, so for integrated cable resistance the 5 Series Nexus Full Rack is the one to look at.
For a shallower frame in the same steel, the 5 Series Full Rack uses the same 80x80x3mm uprights and Westside spacing. If numbered spacing suits your coaching better than Westside, the 3 Series Power Rack is the 70x70x3mm equivalent with four-way numbered uprights. Expand it with 5 Series attachments or add rack storage.
