Sold in pairs, the BLK BOX 3 Hole Hand Grips are made from real leather and are a simple and comfortable way to protect your hands and palms during training, whether it's pull ups, deadlifts, muscle ups or snatches.
Replacing the need for expensive athletic tape, the design includes three finger holes, double-stitching, and a velcro hook-and-loop system for a secure fit and easy adjustment. As well as protecting your hands, they will also help to reduce any slippage as the leather contours to the bar for a stable grip.
Available in small, medium and large to ensure the best fit possible for each athlete. Please refer to specification for size guide. As with all leather hand grips, this is extremely hard wearing and will require some break-in time to achieve optimal comfort.

Can these be washed?
These are not suitable for washing machines. Wipe clean only using a damp cloth and do not dry in direct sunlight.
What size is right for me?
To get the right fit, measure from the base of your middle finger to the base of your palm, and use the guide below to select the size:
Small: 0 - 3.5 inches
Medium: 3.5inches - 4.25 inches
Large: 4.24 - 5.25 inches.

All deliveries are kerbside, it will be your responsibility to remove the items from the pallet on arrival and dispose of the pallet. You will receive an email from our Logistics team with a date of delivery. If you require an alternative delivery date or if there are any access restrictions to your property, please let us know within 24 hours before delivery by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be aware failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges.
Some of our training equipment is manufactured here in our HQ. The lead times on these products range from 10-25 working days and are identified by having the MADE IN BELFAST badge.
We understand at times due to size, colour or type some items might not be the right fit for you. We are happy to accept a returned item within 30 days from the date of you receiving the item for a refund or exchange.
