Sold in pairs, the BLK BOX 3 Hole Hand Grips are crafted from real leather to protect your hands and palms during pull ups, deadlifts, muscle ups, snatches and more.

With three finger holes, double stitching, and a secure hook-and-loop strap, these grips provide comfort, durability, and easy adjustment. The leather contours to the bar for a stable hold while reducing slippage, replacing the need for athletic tape.

Available in small, medium and large, with a size guide to ensure the best fit. Like all leather grips, they are extremely durable and will require a short break-in period for optimal comfort.
