Hex Bar

The Hex Bar shape places the load in line with the body, whilst also allowing you to stand inside and grip the handles laterally - providing a more natural hand position. The two sets of knurled handles on either side of the trap bar offer increased grip support when lifting the bar. Athletes can flip the bar over and use the inner handles which are great for strengthening lockouts and can help beginners focus on developing their range when performing deadlifts.

This classic trap bar can be used to perform multiple exercises such as; deadlifts, farmers walk and shrugs. An extremely useful speciality bar for beginners, as well as athletes dealing with back issues or rehabbing from other injuries.
