Reverse Hyper
The Details
The Reverse Hyper is a versatile training tool designed to strengthen the lower back while reducing strain on the spine. Unlike many traditional back exercises, the Reverse Hyperextension avoids vertical compression, making it a safer option for developing the hamstrings, glutes and hips.
Widely used in physical therapy and rehabilitation, it promotes blood flow, relieves pressure and supports recovery from back injuries. It can also aid in hip extension training during rehabilitation from foot, knee or ankle injuries.
Built from laser cut mild steel, the Reverse Hyper features a high density foam padded top for comfort. A Spud Inc Belt attaches securely around the ankles, allowing controlled movement of the weight plates. Two sets of neoprene handles provide grip for different user heights, while rubber feet keep the unit stable and protect flooring.
