The Details

The addition of the BLK BOX Rolling Jammer Arms to a facility opens an endless array of dynamic training options. These include but are not limited to incline, decline and flat bench press, along with shoulder press, rows, jammer press, shrugs, squats and deadlifts.

A key offering of the Jammer Arms is they allow athletes to perform movements with greater control and stability when compared to similar free weight movements. The athlete can be placed in the optimum position to ensure correct form throughout the range of movement.

For compatibility with previous rack versions, please choose 1 Series for Goliath and Blackout and 5 Series for Samson.

Please note that these Jammer Arms cannot be used on a Nexus Rack or any Rack that has a cable system installed.
