This is a very decent weighted vest, my only gripe would be that there are two Velcro fasteners on the front at the top and I don't understand why there was a decision to position them both differently with the cord leading in to them. One sits perfectly and the other one, as soon as you move it starts to detach because it's being pulled the wrong way. It's a shame, because other wise it's a very well made product and very comfortable. But that fastener is constantly opening and it's really irritating
