BLK BOX Vertical Farmer Walk Handles (Pair)

The BLK BOX Vertical Farmer Walk Handles are specially designed for farmers walks, an exercise that will work the entire body and will build core strength and grip strength. The vertical loading pins allow the user to add weights without them scraping along the ground when carrying and the heavy duty construction allows you to train as heavy as you want. With 2 weight pins on each handle, you can load up as many or as little pins as you like, depending on how far you want to push yourself. Each handle is 16kg when unloaded and is 34mm in diameter and is 240mm long. Each handle is coated in black textured powdercoat, offering improved grip.

Please note, bumper plates are not included.

PALLET DELIVERY

All deliveries are kerbside, it will be your responsibility to remove the items from the pallet on arrival and dispose of the pallet. You will receive an email from our Logistics team with a date of delivery. If you require an alternative delivery date or if there are any access restrictions to your property, please let us know within 24 hours before delivery by emailing team@blkboxfitness.com. Please be aware failure to do so may result in additional delivery charges.

MANUFACTURED ITEMS

Some of our training equipment is manufactured here in our HQ. The lead times on these products range from 25-35 working days and are identified by having the MADE IN BELFAST badge.

RETURNS

We understand at times due to size, colour or type some items might not be the right fit for you. We are happy to accept a returned item within 30 days from the date of you receiving the item for a refund or exchange.

What weight are these?

Each handle is 16kg. When carrying both unloaded it is 32kg.

Each weight pin is 320mm long and can hold the following BLK BOX Bumper plates:

Utility Bumper – 80kg 

HD Bumper – 110 kg 

Heavy Duty Impact Bumper – 50kg 

Competition Plate – 150 kg
