The FLOWIN® Sport Board is a high intensity, low impact training tool that is perfect for all athletes and is also an essential rehabilitation tool. The board leverages gravity, the user’s own body weight, and the FLOWIN® Board’s patented friction surface to produce an almost unlimited number of dynamic exercises for a full body workout. Using this unique training concept allows athletes to perform functional movements to improve stability, mobility, strength and speed.

Included with the board are 5 Pads (2 foot pads, 2 hand pads and 1 knee pad) giving you the versatility to complete a wide range of movements on the board to suit all levels and abilities.
