The ANCORE Trainer is an extremely functional and compact cable strength trainer. Whether it's a large commercial facility or home gym, the ANCORE Trainer has been designed to save space all while offering a fully functional training experience. With a total weight of 65lbs (29.48kg), resistance can be easily added or taken away simply by twisting on or off the plates (there are 6 plates included as standard).
The constant tension of the ANCORE Trainer allows any athlete to incorporate explosive movements into their training to build speed and full body power. The wide range of attachments available also makes the ANCORE Trainer extremely versatile in the range of movements that can be done. Whether it's twists, presses, rows, rotations, chops- you name it and the ANCORE Trainer can do it. Functional training with the ANCORE Trainer is seamless and allows for a complete range of exercises and variations.

The ANCORE Trainer uses simulated resistance measured in a 1:1 ratio with a range of 5lbs (no plates added) to 65lbs (all 6 plates added).
