Every Wednesday, the team down tools for an hour and train together in our Mindset session. It’s not about who lifts the most or finishes first (ok, sometimes it is...!) - it’s about showing up, working hard, and getting better, side by side. It’s a reminder that progress isn’t made alone, and that discipline and consistency matter more than motivation.

These sessions have become a core part of our culture. They’ve challenged us, connected us, and reminded us why we do what we do, building world-class equipment for people who share that same mindset.

Round 1 and 4

  • 1000m / 1200m Run
  • 20 Cal Assault Bike
  • Max Burpee (in remaining time)

Round 2 and 5

  • 2400m / 2000m Bike
  • 20 / 30 Cal Row
  • Max Burpee (in remaining time)

Round 3 and 6

  • 50 Wall Ball
  • 40 Box Step Over with Wall Ball
  • 30 Sit Up with Wall Ball
  • 20 Lunge with Wall Ball
  • Max Burpee (in remaining time)
