BLK BOX Mindset Workout Week 5

Every Wednesday, the team down tools for an hour and train together in our Mindset session. It’s not about who lifts the most or finishes first (ok, sometimes it is...!) - it’s about showing up, working hard, and getting better, side by side. It’s a reminder that progress isn’t made alone, and that discipline and consistency matter more than motivation.

These sessions have become a core part of our culture. They’ve challenged us, connected us, and reminded us why we do what we do, building world-class equipment for people who share that same mindset.

In Pairs, 2 x 16-Minute Rounds

Round 1

  • 1200m/1500m Ski
  • 1200m/15000m Row
  • 2500m/ 3000m Bike
    5 Burpee after each effort
    15 sync Burpee between machines

Round 2

  • 25 Devil Press
  • 50 Box Jump
  • 75 Dumbbell Hang Clean
  • 100 Wall Ball
  • 150m Walking Lunge

Work in pairs, switching as needed


Suggested distance:
Women: 1200m on Ski and Row / 2500m on bike
Men: 1500m on Ski and Row / 3000m on Bike
