Inside the Build: Fora, Albert House, London
Fora is known for reimagining the workplace - creating beautiful, design-led spaces that go beyond just providing a desk. Their Albert House location in Shoreditch is no exception. With its industrial charm and creative energy, it’s built for businesses who want more from where they work.
Part of that “more” includes access to a well-considered gym space - one that supports both physical wellbeing and the overall experience of being in a Fora building.
That’s where we came in.
We worked with the team at Fora to bring a compact training area to life. The aim was to create a space that felt premium but was still practical - something people would actually want to use, whether they were new to training or more experienced.
We installed a range of equipment, including:
-
Goliath Nexus Compact Racks – giving structure to the space without taking over
-
3 In 1 Soft Plyo Jump Boxes – for jump work, step-ups and more
-
9 Barbell Holder – keeping everything tidy and accessible
-
Utility Adjustable Bench – adaptable for a wide range of movements
-
Basecamp Storage Rack – making storage look as good as the rest of the room
-
Mat Hanger – simple, clean, effective
-
Leg Curl/Extension Rack Attachment – adding variety without using extra floor space
-
Loaded Belfast Bar with Black Plates – sleek look, solid feel
Everything was chosen to work hard in a relatively small footprint, while still aligning with Fora’s high-end interiors. The end result is a space that feels curated, not cluttered - supporting users to train well and feel good, as part of their working day.
