The Floor Glute Ham Developer is a compact alternative to the traditional Glute Ham Developer. Measuring just 1.2m x 0.6m, it’s ideal for gyms with limited space, and the built-in wheels and handles make it easy to move.

The Floor Glute Ham Developer allows athletes to perform glute ham raises, a bodyweight movement targeting hamstring strength and knee flexion. Regular use can enhance squat and deadlift performance, improve running power and speed, and reduce the risk of ACL injuries. Its design places no compressive force on the spine, letting you focus solely on the hamstrings.

The foot plate is larger than standard, providing a secure base for your feet. Adjustable ankle rollers offer eight height options, with a pull pin on the user’s side for quick, comfortable adjustments. Smaller rollers give a firmer, more stable hold compared with larger industry-standard rollers.

Solid piece of kit. Only able to perform hip hinge right now. Hopefully will progress to more challenging movements in due course. Also good for working calves if feet dorsi-flexed under rollerpads.

Good for Glute/Ham raise and nordics, not great for Hamstring razors

I love BLK BOX and equipment but this does have a design fault. The vertical bar to adjust the achilles pad will bruise your nether regions when you try Hamstring razors as you move back. It would be better to not have this protrusion like other brands
