Inside, the plyo box is filled with high density compressed foam that weighs 18kg. It has shock-absorbing properties that help to protect your joints as you land. The box is also finished with a textured anti-slip coating on the outside. This hard-wearing vinyl keeps the box in position and gives your shoes some extra grip.

Constructed with reinforced stitching and a heavy-duty zip, the box resists rips and tears during high-intensity training.
