We ordered a wall ball on 3 Dec to have it for Christmas. By mistake we took the option to collect the item rather than have it mailed.
The tracking however was really confusing as it showed a map with our home highlighted which made us wonder if it was being delivered.
We phoned to check and after explaining the situation, John from Blk Box very kindly and in light of the confusion offered to post the item to us.
However after a week we called back and when they checked it had been left in the warehouse.
It was posted on 18 Dec and was due to be delivered on 20 Dec by FedEx. On 22 Dec we called Blk Box again and they basically pointed us at FedEx. With no phone number available we had to drive to Crumlin depot where the item was found after 45 minutes.
So got there in the end and love the wall ball, but quite a saga to get it.
