Every Wednesday, the team down tools for an hour and train together in our Mindset session. It’s not about who lifts the most or finishes first (ok, sometimes it is...!) - it’s about showing up, working hard, and getting better, side by side. It’s a reminder that progress isn’t made alone, and that discipline and consistency matter more than motivation.

These sessions have become a core part of our culture. They’ve challenged us, connected us, and reminded us why we do what we do, building world-class equipment for people who share that same mindset.

1000m Ski into

10 Rounds (YGIG)

  • 8/10 Cal Bike
  • 10 Wall Ball

1000m Row into

10 Rounds (YGIG)

  • 10 Dual Dumbbell Hang Clean
  • 10 Dual Dumbbell Front Squat

800m Run into

10 Rounds (YGIG)

  • 10 Box Jump Over
  • 50m Farmer Carry

You go, I go format. One partner completes the full round while the other rests, then switch.
