Every Wednesday, the team down tools for an hour and train together in our Mindset session. It’s not about who lifts the most or finishes first (ok, sometimes it is...!) - it’s about showing up, working hard, and getting better, side by side. It’s a reminder that progress isn’t made alone, and that discipline and consistency matter more than motivation.

These sessions have become a core part of our culture. They’ve challenged us, connected us, and reminded us why we do what we do, building world-class equipment for people who share that same mindset.

6 x 5-Minute AMRAP in Pairs

90 Second Rest Between Rounds

Round 1 (YGIG)

  • 10 Cal Ski
  • 10 Box Jump

Round 2 (YGIG)

  • 10 Cal Row
  • 15 Air Squat

Round 3 (YGIG)

  • 200m Run
  • 20 Burpee

Round 4 (YGIG)

  • 10 Cal Bike
  • 12 Plate Ground to Overhead

Round 5 (In Sync)

  • 10 Sandbag Squat
  • 5 Sandbag Clean
  • 20 Sit Up

Round 6 (In Sync)

  • 25m Walking Lunge
  • 10 Push Up
  • 25m Jog

Workout Flow:

Rounds 1 to 4: You go, I go format. One partner completes the full round while the other rests, then switch.

Rounds 5 to 6: Both partners complete the workout together, moving in sync.
