A Beginners Guide To Strict Handstand Push-ups

OVERVIEW

This JST Compete program is for athletes who currently have 0-5 Strict HSPU and are looking to build strength and muscular endurance in this advanced movement. Using exercises and drills that have helped 100s of JST Athletes not only achieve their first Strict HSPU but continue on to be able to perform larger sets in the middle of a workout.

There will be 10 sessions the are designed so that you can repeat the program multiple times through once completed and continue to keep making improvements. We recommend to complete 2 sessions per week, each session can be done at the end or in the middle of your regular day's training and there are demonstration videos for each exercise so you know exactly what you're doing.
