The 20kg bar includes 5 needle bearings per sleeve giving it a fast and smooth spin, and will help reduce the overall wear of the bar. The 7ft barbell has a loadable sleeve length of 415mm and 50mm diameter and features a grooved design offering an enhanced grip on collars and bumpers/plates. The Olympic barbell has no centre knurling making it perfect for athletes performing Olympic movements such as front squats, squat snatches, power snatches and much more!
