Goliath Half Rack:

Manufactured using locally sourced steel, the BLK BOX Goliath Half rack is ideal for performing a wide range of exercises. It’s equipped with a multi-grip pull up bar as well as convenient weight plate storage.

Built for strength training and conditioning, the BLK BOX Goliath Half Rack is a versatile piece of equipment. Fitted with weight plate storage and a multi-grip pull up bar as standard, this power rack is ideal for athletes who are racking and lifting the bar. It can also be used for performing Olympic lifts as the bar can be dropped onto our Goliath Half Rack Platform.

The power rack is made from locally sourced 60mm x 60mm x 3mm steel at our Belfast HQ. It can be used for squats, bench presses, and pull-ups amongst other exercises. Available in a variety of different configurations, this power cage also comes in a range of colours, allowing you to customise your training experience.

The Goliath Half Rack is perfect for use in home and garage gyms. For larger training facilities we recommend our Samson Half Rack.

Goliath Feet Attachment:

The BLK BOX Goliath Feet Attachment are designed and manufactured in Belfast using 60mm x 60mm x 3mm locally sourced steel. Compatible with Goliath Rigs & Racks, they ensure a stable rig where bolting to the ground isn't an option.

Sold in pairs, the Goliath Feet Attachment are the perfect alternative to bolting to the ground as well reinforcing the rack's overall stability. A wide range of possibilities for add-ons are also created with the addition of Goliath Feet Attachment to your rig.

The feet attachments feature a series of 7 laser-cut holes along the horizontal portion of the feet which allow for band pegs to be added and offer better opportunities for movements outside the usual confines of the rack. For example, deadlifts, squats, and bench.

Goliath Band Peg Attachment:

The BLK BOX Goliath Band Peg Attachments are great for adding the element of resistance training to your workout routine. Simply slide the band peg through the Goliath Half Rack or the Goliath Feet Attachment to keep it in a fixed position and add the band of your choosing.

Resistance training is great to add to your workout regime for various reasons. It will help increase strength and muscle endurance, allow for effective weight management as well as maintaining flexibility and balance.
